21. Pleasure, Pain, and Finding the Highs in the Mundane with Eloïse Theberge
On today’s episode I welcome a fellow former-Canadian soul sister Eloise Theberge.
We talk about the healing powers of nature, processing grief and trauma, finding pleasure in pain (and differentiating this process from the use of toxic positivity and emotional repression). Eloïse shares some beautiful stories of her own healing journey and we chat about shared experiences of emotional expression through ecstatic dance and so much more.
I would just like to also preface this episode with a warning that there is some talk around the topic of sexual and physical abuse. Please listen at your own discretion and, as always, thank you for being here. I hope this episode finds you exactly when and where it needs to.
If you would like to see and hear more of Eloïse’s adventures and vibe off of her magical energy, you can find her on Instagram at @elleoheeze
